Workflow Rules
Needs Attention includes every Leadership Commitment application that is not Completed or No Longer Interested. Serve Placement rows are created automatically from the Serve Areas selected on the Leadership Commitment application. Selecting or manually changing a Serve Area automatically fills its default Serve Leader from the OSC Serve Team Leader Directory, but the leader can be overridden. Placement rows may also be added or removed manually without changing the original application answers. Completed automatically turns that placement's Serving Status to Active. Possible duplicates require the same First Name + Last Name + Phone Number.
